Purple Book Ministry Testimonies and Field Reports

Victor Vasquez writes, "Sister Gloria who is the leader of group #356 asked me if they were required to return the purple books after they were done with them, and the reason she asked is because a certain sister in her group came up with the idea of doing the purple books in pencil so that after they were done with them they could erase all of the answers and allow someone else to do that same purple book again. She commented that they needed about one hundred books more to continue with their task, and said that these materials are an answer to their prayers and that they do not want to stop the work the Lord is doing among them." 

"As I arrived at the church where Pastor Mauro, leader of group #230, preaches, a sister named Ana testified to me that this was the second time she has had the opportunity to study the Bible with the purple book. The first time she did it with Pastor Daniel Nuñez. She said she is glad to have the opportunity to do the study once again.20She also stated that she has been a Christian since she was a child and had read many of the passages in the Bible before but did not comprehend them very well. But with the Biblical Foundations work book everything is explained so that you can comprehend much better, which causes one to search out even more about the Bible and its message. This book helps answer and correct many of our misconceptions."


“A little girl testified that she was very grateful to God for receiving this blessing. The little girl told them that as she began to study at home with her Bible and purple book, her father approached her to ask her what she was studying. She explained to him what she was doing and he joined her and together they answered the questions. He liked it so much that the next time she was getting ready to go to church he was ready and prepared to go to church with her. They now attend church together and study the Purple Book

Rosario Vazquez, a leader, commented that she began their study of the word of God with the purple book at work during their lunch break. She said that at first they were moving along very slowly but as they went along people began getting more enthused about the study, and now she says they need more Bibles and purple books. One of the people who began doing the purple book study there at work is now attending a church and taking his family along. Another one made a decision to be baptized.
