BCM Missionary in Training (MIT) – If you’re 21 or older and interested in volunteering with Baja Christian Ministries, we invite you to apply for a MIT position. As a Missionary in Training, you’ll have the chance to contribute to various ministry areas based on your unique skills, including construction, evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and administration. Throughout your internship, you’ll work under the direct guidance of a full-time BCM missionary. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred. Additionally, there may be opportunities to raise support as a short-term missionary with BCM to help cover living expenses in Mexico.
